NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE. BY ENTERING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Eligibility: BP Lubricants USA Inc.’s Castrol® Slam Dunk 2025 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 for residents of NE & AL) (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. Employees of BP Lubricants USA Inc. (“Sponsor”), Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively with Sponsor, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”) including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

To Enter Sweepstakes: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2025, and ends on at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Purchase any Castrol product from your local NAPA store.
Visit www.CastrolSlamDunk2025.com to upload your receipt for the Castrol® Slam Dunk 2025 Sweepstakes by 11:59 pm CST on October 7, 2025.
Follow the on-screen instructions. Complete the online form in its entirety and upload a photo of your receipt that indicates the participating location of purchase, address, type of Castrol product, purchase price paid, receipt total, and date of purchase. Receipts dated outside of the promotion dates of 8/1/25 and 9/30/25 will not be accepted.
Allow 1-2 weeks to receive confirmation of your submission via email.
RECEIVE: An entry for a chance to win one of two trips to the 2025/2026 regular season NBA game of your choice, including airfare, hotel, tickets and a $350 gift card for meals.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (“Mail-In entry”) -- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants (you) may enter this Sweepstakes by doing the following:
Entrants wishing to enter the Sweepstakes via mail may do so by sending a 3 x 5 card that includes your first and last name, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Mail your completed 3 x 5 card to Castrol® Slam Dunk 2025 Sweepstakes PO Box 4006 Dept. S9519, Grand Rapids MN, 55730.
Mail-In entries must be received by Sponsor at the above address no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on October 7, 2025.
Limit of one (1) Mail-In entry per entrant during the Sweepstakes period.
Sponor is not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible Mail-in entries. Entries are limited to 1 per entrant whatever the method of entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes is prohibited, and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, to have been entered in this manner will be disqualified. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, will be disqualified. Entries will be disqualified if they are forged, falsified, altered, or improperly tampered with in any way or if Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that any entry does not meet the eligibility, and any other criteria outlined herein. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by a service provider. Multiple people are not allowed to use the same email address or the same Entry. Entrants are solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in entering this Sweepstakes.
Grand Prize Random Drawing: There will be two (2) potential Grand Prize Winners selected during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be determined by random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about October 30, 2025 from among all eligible entries. All decisions of the Sponsor or Administrator are final and binding. All Entries are subject to verification, confirmation and compliance with the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Limit: 1 winner per household. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email by November 15, 2025. The potential Grand Prize winners must respond to the winner notification email message within 48 hours of time sent or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize and the Grand Prize may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting.
THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) – Two (2) Grand Prizes – Grand Prize consists of round trip coach airfare for two from the winner’s closest airport, 3-day, 2-night, hotel accommodations double occupancy, transfers, two tickets to an NBA game during the regular 2025 / 2026 season, and a gift card for $350 for meals. ARV: $5,000. The ARV of all the prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period is $10,000.00.
Once arrangements are made, all travel dates are final. All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor through a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses not specifically listed in these Official Rules (including but not limited to ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, meals, and gratuities) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize Winner fully complies with these Official Rules. The trip is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If the winner decides not to take a guest on the trip, no credit or refunds will be awarded. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. The winner’s guests must complete and return liability and publicity release within the time specified. The winner’s guest must be at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 if a resident of NE & AL). Valid credit card and government identification required upon hotel check-in. Sponsor is not responsible if the game is postponed, cancelled or rescheduled and in such an event, the Grand Prize winner will not receive the postponed, cancelled or rescheduled game or event portion of the prize and in such case, any difference in the actual retail value and stated retail value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for paying hotel incidental charges. Additional air carrier baggage charges are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Any optional service fees including seat selection, meals, and drinks are not included and are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. In the event the Grand Prize winner resides within a 150-mile radius of the Destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare, and in such case, any difference in the actual retail value and stated retail value will not be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. The winner will not receive a difference between actual and approximate retail value.
How to Claim the Prizes: The potential Grand Prize winners will be sent via email link an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively, “Release”) and will be required to complete and sign the Release via email within 48 hours of being notified to claim his/her/their Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on the potential Grand Prize winners and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify a Grand Prize winner based on the results of such background check(s), if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to such Grand Prize winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor. Factors that may result in disqualification as a winner include, without limitation, any winner having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, being delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc., or any other legitimate reason in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or Administrator. If a potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the required document within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, including but not limited to Sponsor and Administrator, from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability of any nature, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this Promotion.
Participants in this Promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
General Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. The inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prizes claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to fully seek damages from any such person permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Lmitations of Liability: The Promotion Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Promotion, provided that the Promotion has not been terminated.
Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Texas state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Texas law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Texas, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Texas. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Texas; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
Data Collection: Entrants agree that information collected from entrants in connection with the Promotion shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.castrol.com/en_us/united-states/home/privacy-statement.html.
